Operate and monitor SMT equipment using various software platforms
Verify PCB identification, program name, solder paste, conveyor width, and ensure proper mistake-proofing
Perform setup, operation, and changeover of SMT equipment and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SMT machines and related equipment
Install and repair electronic components such as resistors and capacitors
Conduct visual inspections of SMT assemblies for quality and accuracy
Maintain accurate production and job tracking records
Interpret and follow manufacturing instructions and work orders
Perform hands-on problem-solving and assist with the preparation of work instructions
Carry out all levels of preventive maintenance on SMT equipment
Occasionally change feeders, splice reels, and scan parts as required
Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to 6S standards
