            <description><![CDATA[We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Engineer (Lean Champion)<br><br>Location: Corona, CA<br><br><br><br>Summary<br><br><br>Responsible for improving manufacturing processes, driving Lean initiatives, and optimizing production efficiency, quality, and cost.<br><br><br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Design and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures<br>Analyze workflows, layouts, and workforce utilization for efficiency<br>. Conduct product testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements<br> Collaborate with engineering, sales, suppliers, and vendors. <br><br>Maintain manufacturing documentation and systems. <br>Estimate production time, labor, and costs <br>Lean Leadership,<br>Lead Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives<br>Conduct audits and ensure AS9100 compliance. <br>Train and mentor employees on Lean principles<br> Drive continuous improvement projects (cycle time, productivity, inventory)<br><br>Act as a change agent to embed Lean culture <br>Qualifications.]]></description>
