Job Duties: Supports and troubleshoots welding processes. Investigates and documents welding defects to determine the appropriate cause and corrective measures. Develops welding procedures that effectively utilize new welding technology. Designs welding projects, communicating specific equipment and component requirements to welders. Evaluates and improves work flow.
