Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in picking, packing, inventory management, and loading/unloading of goods. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:


Picking and Packing: Accurately pick products from inventory based on orders and prepare them for shipping by packing items securely and efficiently.

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload goods from delivery trucks, ensuring all items are handled with care to prevent damage.

Order Processing: Assist in the processing of incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring all shipments are processed in a timely manner.

Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and damages before shipping, and ensure all items meet quality standards.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the operation of warehouse equipment.

General Warehouse Duties: Maintain a clean and organized work area, assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, and support team members to achieve operational goals.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment, with a focus on picking, packing, inventory management, and loading/unloading.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
