We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate with experience in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by accurately fulfilling orders, preparing shipments, and managing incoming inventory.

Responsibilities:
Picking: Efficiently and accurately pick items from shelves or designated storage areas based on order specifications.
Packing: Carefully and securely package picked items to ensure safe transportation and delivery to customers.
Shipping: Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and arrange shipments with appropriate carriers. Ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing and shipping to customers.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
Organization and Cleanliness: Keep warehouse clean, organized, and free of clutter to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate, preferably in a similar role with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
Familiarity with warehouse operations, safety procedures, and equipment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Basic computer skills and experience using inventory management software is a plus.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
