GREAT OPPORTUNITY!
As a Forklift Operator (Stand-Up Reach), you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by safely and efficiently operating stand-up reach forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and timely flow of materials in the warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate stand-up reach forklifts to handle, transport, and store materials in the warehouse.
Load and unload trucks, move materials to and from storage areas, and ensure proper stacking to prevent damage to goods.
Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition and reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents, injuries, or damage to property.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse, including keeping aisles clear and organized.
Assist with inventory management by accurately recording movement of materials and performing periodic stock counts as required.
Collaborate with warehouse team members to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, including those related to safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid forklift operator certification (stand-up reach).
Proven experience operating stand-up reach forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and practices for forklift operation.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
