Previous experience in spray painting, particularly in a production environment.
Proven paint mixing experience with various liquid and powder formulations.
Strong understanding of air brushing and detailing techniques for intricate projects.
Ability to consistently apply paint within specified thickness and texture ranges.
Detail-oriented with a sound understanding of material preparation processes.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain a tidy work area.
Strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality results.
