Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented painter to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in air spray painting and painting parts in a production environment. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle both liquid and powder formulas, ensuring high-quality finishes on all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Mix liquid and powder paint formulas and tints as needed for various projects
Perform air brushing and detailing for smaller, custom, and intricate projects
Ensure precise spray painting with the correct thickness, texture, and finish
Prepare materials, including cleaning, masking, and racking products prior to painting
Mix liquid paint kits according to product specifications
Maintain spray guns and paint lines by disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling equipment
Inspect and pack completed painted products
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including performing basic machine/tool maintenance
