SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including creating and maintaining client records, managing client requests, and responding to client inquiries
Manage the sales team's calendars to ensure effective time management and scheduling of appointments
Provide support for client presentations, including creation of PowerPoint presentations and other sales materials as necessary
Flex workweek; in office T-W-Thurs; work remote option on Monday/Friday; but can work 5 days in the office.
One day we will go back 100% 5-day a week; but announced yet.
Starting Salary $65 - $70K, plus annual team bonus averages 2-4 %
Limited travel required between NFI SoCal sites; annual travel to NJ for National Sales Meeting and potential Corporate training.
Sales Support Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain ongoing library of RFI/RFP responses and assist in preparation, development and transmittal of RFI/RFP/RFQ responses to potential customers.
Work closely with the Sales and Account Management team to ensure all customer facing materials (RFP responses, Presentations, etc.) reflect current branding guidelines. Maintain quality control - consistent formatting, proofreading, etc. - of outgoing materials.
Create presentations to include company capabilities, sales initiates updates, customer meetings, customer business reviews, etc.
Responsible for routine administrative support including ordering office supplies, purchase orders, meeting support, new employee set-up, etc.
Maintain Sales team contact sheet and organizational charts.
Assist in facilitating onboarding of new team members.
Maintain accurate facility profiles and related materials
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
3+ years of experience in sales support or a related administrative role
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years experience supporting a sales/account management team.
Must possess strong oral and written communications skills
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
Familiar with the 3rd Party Logistics, - preferred
Strong orientation toward teamwork; ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment ability to foster team orientation.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong computer skills including: customer relationship management software (CRM), MS Office applications (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Google Workspace

Resourceful with a demonstrated sense of urgency
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
