Job Description
York Employment is looking for a Sales Assistant for a company that provides service maintenance contracts and product sales in the mission critical power environment. The Sales Assistant is responsible for outsourcing new customers by making calls
and emails to new prospects.
Duties and responsibilities
Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing system
and other telecommunications technologies.
Qualify leads from assigned list.
Set appointments with potential customers at their convenience.
Influence customers to buy services or products using sales techniques presented by
management
Record name, address, and notes in our data base system.
Able to cross train and learn how to do the following in our CRM:
o Create quotes, add customer information, upload equipment information.
Special projects as needed.
Maintain communication with management on daily tasks and projects.

Ability to understand individual customer operations.
