Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented RMA Data Entry / Returns Warehouse Associate to assist with processing returned products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This position combines data entry and physical warehouse work. The employee will be responsible for opening returned packages, scanning products, accurately entering return information into the system, and sorting and palletizing completed returns by brand.
Receive and process returned products and packages.
Open boxes and remove returned merchandise for processing.
Scan products, barcodes, serial numbers, or return labels.
Enter RMA and return information accurately into the computer system.
Verify product information against return documentation.
Identify and document discrepancies or missing information.
Sort processed products by brand.
Build and organize pallets according to brand and designated warehouse locations.
Label completed pallets and prepare products for the next stage of processing.
Move boxes and products throughout the returns area as needed.
Maintain accurate records of processed returns.
Keep the returns processing area clean and organized.
Follow established procedures for handling returned merchandise.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations.
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Previous data entry, RMA, returns processing, inventory, or warehouse experience preferred.
Basic computer and data entry skills required.
Ability to enter information quickly and accurately.
Experience using barcode or RF scanners preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to read product labels, SKUs, serial numbers, and other identifying information.
Comfortable performing both computer work and physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and move boxes and palletize products.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate is computer savvy, organized, accurate, and comfortable working hands-on with returned merchandise. This is not a desk-only data entry position. Employees will regularly open packages, scan and enter return information, sort merchandise, and physically palletize products by brand.
