Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Reach Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Chino, CA. The ideal candidate will have recent experience operating a reach forklift and be comfortable performing both forklift and general warehouse duties.
This is a hands-on warehouse position, and employees should expect to work both on and off the forklift throughout the shift.
Safely operate a Reach Forklift to move, store, and retrieve products.
Load, unload, stage, and relocate materials throughout the warehouse.
Pick and replenish products from warehouse racking.
Use an RF scanner to locate and track inventory.
Verify product numbers, quantities, and warehouse locations.
Assist with order picking, packing, receiving, and shipping as needed.
Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Inspect the forklift before use and report any equipment or safety concerns.
Follow all warehouse and forklift safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform general warehouse and material handling duties when not operating the forklift.
Complete additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Previous Reach Forklift experience required.
Must be comfortable working in warehouse racking and tight aisles.
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
RF scanner experience preferred.
Ability to accurately pick and move inventory.
Ability to lift, bend, reach, stand, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
Strong attention to safety and accuracy.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity expectations.
Must be comfortable working in warehouse racking and tight aisles.
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
