Racker Packer needed for a manufacturing company in Rancho Cucamonga!
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Racker Packer. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the manufacturing process by efficiently racking and packing finished products according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Racking: Safely and accurately place finished products onto designated racks or pallets following established procedures.
Packaging: Prepare products for shipment by appropriately packaging them according to specifications, ensuring product integrity and protection during transit.
Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of products to identify any defects or irregularities, reporting issues to supervisors as necessary.
Documentation: Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately, including recording production counts, quality control checks, and any other relevant data.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, including proper handling of equipment and adherence to PPE requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines, communicating effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, including removing debris and keeping equipment and tools in proper condition.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely, with or without accommodation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Basic math skills for recording production counts and measurements.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job requirements.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to various manufacturing elements (e.G., noise, temperature variations).
