We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to handle final inspections of our products.



Job Summary:

The Quality Control Inspector will perform final inspections on automotive parts to ensure they meet strict quality and specification standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance, with the ability to identify defects, ensure compliance, and communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform Final Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of finished automotive parts to verify compliance with specifications, blueprints, and industry standards.

Utilize Precision Measuring Tools: Use measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to assess dimensional accuracy.

Document and Report Findings: Maintain accurate inspection records, document non-conformances, and prepare detailed reports on inspection results.

Collaborate with Production Teams: Communicate defects or quality concerns to production staff and collaborate on solutions for process improvements.

Maintain Inspection Standards: Ensure all inspections meet company quality control standards and comply with ISO or other relevant certifications.

Follow Safety and Compliance Protocols: Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure that final products meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in quality control or inspection in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive parts manufacturing.

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of automotive part specifications and standards.
Proficient in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in identifying defects and ensuring that all parts meet quality standards.
Communication Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with production teams and provide clear feedback.
Problem Solving: Capable of diagnosing root causes of defects and recommending corrective actions.
Certifications: ASQ Certification or relevant quality certifications are a plus.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods during inspections.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. As needed.
Good hand-eye coordination for handling and inspecting small parts.
