Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Team Facilities Associate to join our team and support our Quality Assurance and Facilities Management functions.

The Quality Team Facilities Associate products and services meet the highest quality standards. Reporting to the QA Safety & Facilities Manager, this role involves document control, audit execution, training support, and adherence to cGMP practices.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Quality Team Facilities Associate working in one of our distribution centers is responsible to
ensure enforcement of our cGMP practices on site and will report to the Compliance Manager any
concerns or opportunities for improvement.
Assists with cGMP and Controlled document training for new hires and refresher training annually
for all warehouse Depts. And maintains training records.
Assists employees in submitting quality assurance policies and cGMP procedures.
Assists departments with the coordination of audit information.
Is willing to become familiar with cGMP standards and/or ISO certification in same or related
Work with Returns team on any customer complaint returns or undeliverable packages.
Perform daily and monthly DC audits/inspections and ensure any corrective actions from audits
are closed.
Lead distribution center sanitation to assure that proper practices are in order according to
work cleaning and sanitation schedules. This includes internal efforts as well as contracts.
Oversee equipment calibration and preventative maintenance processes. This includes preventative
maintenance scheduling and oversight
Perform internal audits at the distribution center as required and ensure preparedness for
regulatory on-site audits.

- Assists QA Safety & Facilities Manager with organization of quality issues such as product
recalls, CAPAs, deviations.
- Maintains current and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action
plans, preventative maintenance, and effectiveness monitoring.
- Assist with outside contractors and property management company on any routine or non-routine
project or preventative maintenance schedule.
- Assist QA Safety & Facilities Manager with developing a Safety Committee
- To perform other assigned duties as necessary within the realm of the Quality department.

Job Requirements


2-4 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance and Sanitation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and cross-functional departments.

Proficiency in G Suite and MS Office programs (Word and Excel).

Familiarity with cGMP standards and/or ISO certification in a similar industry is a plus.
