PUNCH PRESS OPERATOR
Job Description
We are seeking experienced entry level Punch Press Operators to set up and operate punch press machines to produce high-quality metal parts in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Set up punch press machines for production runs, including selecting and installing dies and tooling
Operate punch presses to manufacture parts according to specifications and production schedules
Monitor machine operation and adjust settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Maintain accurate production, quality, and maintenance records
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

We are looking for candidates that know how to operate battery powered tools and handheld tools
Experience operating and setting up is preferred but not required
Good attendance and reliability
Ability to lift 50 pounds
