Job Description
The 2nd Shift Production Worker will be responsible for various tasks in the production process, including operating machinery, packing products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
This role requires a dependable team player who is eager to contribute to our production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures.
Perform packing and assembly tasks according to quality and productivity standards.
Monitor product quality and report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe workplace.
Assist with inventory management and tracking as needed.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a production environment, including machine operation, packing, or other relevant roles.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work overtime or additional shifts as needed.
