Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Trimming Department Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment in the trimming department to trim, cut, and finish products according to specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate trimming machinery and equipment to trim, cut, and finish products accurately and efficiently.
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications by performing regular quality checks and inspections.
Monitor machine operation to identify any issues or malfunctions and troubleshoot problems as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding manufacturing processes and procedures.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a trimming or similar department.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery and equipment effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
