Retail and B2B Sales experience.
Strong business acumen with a proven ability to manage inventory and procurement processes.
Experience managing a commissioned sales team.
Dedication to seeing tasks through to completion, no matter the effort required.
Long-term career commitment (not planning to retire within the next 5+ years).
5-years + experience managing a team.
Bachelor s degree (preferred).
Experience in the heavy chassis parts or heavy-duty vehicle dealer industry (preferred).
Strong business acumen with a proven ability to manage inventory and procurement processes.
