Job Description
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Line Packers to join our ice cream production team. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where employees package finished ice cream products while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Candidates must be comfortable working in a cold environment for the duration of their shift.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Package ice cream products quickly and accurately on a production line.
Inspect products for quality, proper labeling, and packaging defects.
Assemble boxes, pack finished products, and prepare items for palletizing and shipment.
Keep pace with a high-speed production line while maintaining accuracy.
Follow food safety, GMP, sanitation, and company safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with line changeovers and general production duties as assigned.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Previous production, packaging, warehouse, or food manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a cold refrigerated/freezer environment for extended periods.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to stand for the entire shift.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching.
Repetitive use of hands and arms throughout the shift.
Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to work in temperatures typical of an ice cream production facility.
