Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing staffing agency in the Inland Empire area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and providing tailored staffing solutions. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts and market expertise.



Key Responsibilities:


Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in the Inland Empire area, including small to medium-sized businesses and large corporations, to offer customized staffing solutions.


Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs, offering solutions, and maintaining regular follow-up.


Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.


Client Presentations: Deliver engaging sales presentations to decision-makers, showcasing the value and benefits of our staffing services.


Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.


Negotiation and Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, negotiating contracts and service terms.

Collaboration: Work closely with the internal recruiting and account management teams to ensure clients receive high-quality candidates that meet their staffing needs.


Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress toward targets, and client feedback to the Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

Requirements:


Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or staffing sales, preferably within the market.

Strong understanding of staffing industry trends, market conditions, and client needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Familiarity with computer software including Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver s license and reliable transportation for frequent travel within the southern CA area
