Job Description

As an Outside Sales Representative specializing in Business Development for our Employment Service, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our staffing services to businesses in need of talent acquisition solutions. This is a service-oriented role, requiring a consultative approach to understand client needs and effectively communicate how our staffing services can address those needs.


Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including industry events, online platforms, and networking.
Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Consultation:

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' staffing requirements, challenges, and goals.
Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, showcasing the benefits of our staffing services.
Presentation and Proposal:

Develop and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value proposition of our staffing services.
Create customized proposals outlining service offerings, pricing structures, and terms.
Relationship Building:

Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to clients based on industry knowledge and expertise.
Negotiation and Closing:

Collaborate with clients to address concerns, overcome objections, and negotiate terms.
Close deals by securing client commitments and agreements.
Account Management:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of staffing services.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues proactively.
Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of services.


Job Requirements


Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the staffing industry and employment services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the local business landscape and industries.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of successful experience in outside sales or business development.
Experience in selling services, preferably in the staffing or human resources industry.
