Responsible to service client base Identify, qualify, market and present to prospective clients with purpose of generating orders
Researching Job Boards (Linked In, Indeed, Monster, and Career Builder) to see what jobs are posted and skill marketing candidates to potential open positions
Researching job boards for existing customer positions and skill marketing candidates
Telemarketing to prior customers that have not used in 6 months
Cold Calling utilizing Coats database and job boards for leads
Using References as a lead
Responsible to build solid business relationships and provide solutions to customer concerns
Responsible for managing time to effectively accomplish daily tasks
Responsible for cold calling prospects and gathering new leads
Responsible for creating proposals to prospective clients and grow business with acceptable gross profit margins in a safe working environment
Responsible for gaining any understanding of/and keeping abreast of any changes in the staffing industry to better educate clients
Responsible for following up with clients on new orders to ensure quality
Responsible to manage safety tours for clients and ensure that all new clients have been toured prior to start date
Responsible to submit, to Dawn, authorization for workers comp.
Responsible to submit complete proposal request, to Dawn, for approval
Responsible to submit credit information to Advance for authorization
Responsible to pull together quarterly target list
o To recruit applicants proactively. Finding candidates for current and potential positions.
o Post Jobs Daily: Facebook, Cal Jobs, York Website through Coats, Indeed, and any other websites that allow posting.
o Respond to resumes that are received from job postings. Follow up with resumes and email candidates.
o Search Resumes Daily: Call through and email resumes on Zip Recruiter, Indeed and any other source that you identify.
o Call through online applications daily.
Build your recruiting network.
Sending out flyers weekly with open jobs to recruiting sources, (i.E. Gain offices, schools, EDD offices, etc.) .
o Update referral sources in COATS under client REFERRALS .
Responsible for ensuring that required number of applicants needed to fill any and all incoming orders are seen on a weekly basis.
Responsible for updating customers on their current orders regularly throughout the day.
Responsible for running new hire report and following up on all Industrial arrivals daily.
o Document arrivals in Coats on each assignment.
Responsible for handling all customer service-related issues for clients/employees.
o Daily: Call outs, Late Arrivals, any other items that come up & document in COATS.
o Weekly: Quality control calls should be done at a minimum of once per week with all new starts and existing employees.
Handle any perm orders
Diffuse any employee related issues and bring the situation to your manger with complete discretion.
Having active car insurance and a valid driver license.
Responsible for making a minimum of 100 calls a week for sales with follow up on emails.
2 new accounts per month for the first year
A Minimum of 40 cold calls per week more on weeks with low appointments so that there are enough to keep the pipeline full.
Responsible for 3-5 appointments per week first appointments; proposal and safety tours.
Responsible for sending out 5 proposals per week.
Responsible for 1 client visit per week.
Responsible for 1 client lunch per month.
Taking responsibility for recruiting enough candidates to have a minimum of 3 qualified industrial applicants daily / 15 weekly.
Required to make 40 reactive/recruiting calls per week.
Required to post on Facebook daily (sharing on 5+ pages per day).
Responsible for ensuring that every industrial order is input into COATS and posting through COATS for each job board when the new jobs come in.
Responsible to document any assignment changes/info into COATS in real time.
Responsible for closing out all assignments in COATS when job ends.
Responsible for conducting daily arrivals, call outs and other items that come up in real time.
Ability to work overtime daily and on weekends when required by business needs.
