Job Description
The qualified individual must have:
Maintain effective communication with the Customer (Point of Contact), with Human Resources staff and with Contract Manager.
Assign work and monitor its performance within shifts or sites to assure that all contract requirements are met; that all policies and procedures are adhered to, and that all objectives are met.
Assure that all employees are trained in proper techniques for the efficient, safe and quality performance of their job(s).
Quality control function requires regular written on-site inspections conducted with employee and/or customer.
Monitors staffing levels to satisfy Scope of Work while remaining within targeted labor hours. Checking in associates etc.

Job Requirements
Capacity to substitute for other Site Supervisors on short notice.
Other duties as directed by the Direct Report and/or management.
This position requires a moderate level of communication skills related to training line workers, as well as relating positively to workers. A high school diploma (or GED) is required. On the job experience will be favorably considered. Requires high standards and the ability to correct deficiencies in a timely manner. The goal should be a constant improvement in overall performance at each contract while operating within budget guidelines
