Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Material Handling Associate to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies, and staging finished products for final distribution. Responsibilities:
Efficiently retrieve orders from inventory and ensure accurate picking of materials
Safely transport and deliver production materials and supplies to designated areas within the facility
Collaborate closely with production teams to anticipate and fulfill their material needs promptly
Maintain inventory control by verifying stock levels, updating records, and escalating any discrepancies
Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or carts, in a safe and responsible manner
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns
Stage finished products for final distribution to customers, ensuring proper labeling and storing techniques
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment for all employees
Assist in general warehouse duties, including receiving shipments, organizing storage areas, and conducting inventory counts as necessary

Job Requirements
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar material handling role
Demonstrated proficiency in pulling orders from inventory and accurately delivering materials
Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, including documenting and tracking stock levels
Experience operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, with relevant certifications
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required
Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Demonstrated proficiency in pulling orders from inventory and accurately delivering materials
