Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Material Handler to join our team! As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the handling, movement, and storage of materials in our facility. Your primary goal will be to ensure materials are organized, accessible, and delivered on time to support our production and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move materials within the facility using manual or powered equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of materials.
Properly tag and label materials, ensuring they are properly stored in designated locations.
Assist in inventory control by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately in our system.
Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any mechanical issues or safety hazards.
Collaborate with team members to fulfill material requests and meet production deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Material Handler or a similar role in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Valid forklift certification preferred but not required.
Knowledge of material handling equipment and safety procedures.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems.
Proven experience as a Material Handler or a similar role in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
