Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Packer to join our team and help us ensure our products are carefully packaged and ready for shipment.
Job Summary:
The Packer will be responsible for preparing products for shipment by packing them according to company standards and ensuring they meet quality requirements. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack products into boxes, containers, or pallets according to specifications and company standards.
Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company specifications before packaging.
Label packages with appropriate information such as shipping addresses and contents.
Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Keep accurate records of packed items and complete necessary documentation.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Previous experience in a packing or manufacturing role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Basic math and computer skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
