The Sales Support Specialist works as an integral part of the sales tea, primary activities include preparation of proposal submissions, capabilities presentations and maintaining accurate response content.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
" Create presentations including customer business reviews, capabilities overviews, facility tour presentations, and bid responses
" Oversee the preparation, development and transmittal of RFI/RFP/RFQ responses; maintain interactive library of responses
" Team support activities including weekly sales activities reports and schedules, meeting and travel arrangements, etc.
" In collaboration with their marketing team, maintain current inventory of marketing collateral including capabilities presentations, brochures, business line data sheets, facility profiles, etc.
" Compiling prospect lists and performing preliminary research utilizing on-line resource tools
" Oversee the Onboarding of new sales team members
" Research conference/trade shows and provide support as needed
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience preferred
Strong computer skills: MS Office applications-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Mail and CRM
Problem Solver, Assertive and Confident
Organized, ability to work well and meet deadlines and/ or deadlines/timeframes
Works well with all Upper management and Exceptional people skill and strong communication skills; both written and verbal
