Job Title: CNC Programmer 1st Shift
Location: Chino, CA
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $28 $35/hour

About the Role
We have an urgent need for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role where you will program, set up, and operate CNC machines lathe or milling to produce precision metallic and non-metallic components.
Key Responsibilities
Read blueprints or job orders for product specifications, including dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions (fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut)
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines in the Tool Room to produce tools, die components, jigs, and fixtures
Verify machined parts conform to specifications and quality standards
Ensure all safety procedures are followed before operating Tool Room machines and equipment
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
Perform all other duties and projects as assigned
