Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in PLC programming and robotics to support automation projects, commissioning, and maintenance. This role requires hands-on experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Allen-Bradley PLCs, as well as FANUC robot systems, and demands the ability to independently design, implement, and troubleshoot electrical control systems.

Independently develop and modify PLC programs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley)


Write and operate FANUC robot programs to support automation project commissioning and implementation

Understand electrical control principles and workflows for punch presses and other automation equipment


Perform basic design and debugging of microcontroller (MCU) systems


Independently select electrical components and design circuits and control schematics according to project requirements

Collaborate with mechanical engineering teams to integrate, commission, and maintain electrical control systems


Prepare documentation, reports, and data analysis using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site during commissioning or production


Adapt to flexible working hours or shifts based on project or production needs

Job Requirements

Bachelor s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or related fields


Minimum of 5 years of experience in PLC programming and on-site equipment commissioning


Proficiency in Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Allen-Bradley PLCs, with the ability to develop structured, reliable programs


Experience with FANUC robot systems, including programming, debugging, and troubleshooting


Knowledge of automation equipment, microcontroller systems, and electrical components


Strong hands-on skills, responsible, and adaptable to on-site environments

Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
