Job Description
York Employment is looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our first shift operations. If you are passionate about maintenance management and ensuring optimal production environments, we want to hear from you! This would be a 1st shift Monday- Friday position.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Communicate and coordinate all activities with the Plant Manager to ensure alignment of maintenance operations with production goals.
Maintain regular communication with maintenance personnel located in Wisconsin to exchange ideas and best practices.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and health & safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
