Job Description
Our Distribution Center in Fontana is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician II to maintain and repair material handling systems, including conveyors and other production equipment. This role ensures smooth operations, reduces downtime, and supports a safe and efficient workplace.
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of conveyor systems, motors, and related material handling equipment
Assist with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment repairs as needed
Conduct preventative maintenance on production and distribution equipment
Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including logs and reports
Ensure work areas are safe, organized, and compliant with company safety standards
Assist with special projects and equipment installations as assigned
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 3 years of maintenance experience in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience repairing conveyors preferred
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions independently
Basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and motor systems
Ability to read and follow work orders, schematics, and technical manuals
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience repairing conveyors preferred
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions independently
Basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and motor systems
Ability to read and follow work orders, schematics, and technical manuals
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
