Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Mechanic with expertise in welding to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of our equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical systems, electrical systems, and welding techniques.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on machinery, identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
Perform welding tasks to repair and fabricate metal components, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams to diagnose problems and facilitate repairs.
Coordinate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic with a focus on welding.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc welding) and metal fabrication.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Technical certification or associate degree in mechanical maintenance or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in maintenance and welding.
