Job Description
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Line Packers to work in a fast-paced ice cream production and packaging environment. This position is responsible for packing finished ice cream products as they come down the production line, inspecting products for quality, and preparing completed cases for distribution.
Employees will be working in a cold environment throughout the shift and must be comfortable performing repetitive, fast-paced production work.
Pack finished ice cream products coming off the production line.
Place packaged products into boxes, cartons, trays, or other designated packaging.
Inspect products for proper packaging, labeling, seals, and overall quality.
Remove damaged, improperly packaged, or defective products from the line.
Maintain the speed of the production line while ensuring accuracy and quality.
Assemble boxes and packaging materials as needed.
Seal, label, and prepare completed cases for palletizing.
Keep production and packaging areas clean and organized.
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and facility requirements.
Assist with production line changeovers and cleanup as needed.
Perform repetitive packing, reaching, bending, and handling throughout the shift.
Perform additional production or packaging duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Previous packing, production, food manufacturing, or assembly line experience preferred.
Must be comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment for the entire shift.
Ability to work on a fast-moving production line.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move packaged products.
Strong attention to product quality and packaging accuracy.
Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
Must be comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment for the entire shift.
Ability to work on a fast-moving production line.
