Job Description
As a Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within our facilities. Your responsibilities will include performing a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and dedicated to upholding high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors, to maintain hygiene standards.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas of the building, including offices, hallways, and common areas.
Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to remove dirt and debris.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure they are free of smudges and fingerprints.
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and other designated areas.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and repairing minor damages.
Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
