Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and organization of a busy warehouse facility in Fontana, CA. This position is responsible for cleaning warehouse areas, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and other common areas throughout the facility.
The Janitor will also be responsible for collecting trash throughout the facility and transporting it to the designated trash baler/compactor area.
Sweep, mop, and clean warehouse floors and work areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and fixtures.
Clean and maintain employee breakrooms, including tables, counters, sinks, floors, and appliances as needed.
Clean offices, hallways, entrances, and other common areas.
Empty trash cans throughout the warehouse and office areas.
Collect and transport trash to the designated trash baler/compactor.
Replace trash can liners and maintain waste collection areas.
Remove cardboard and other designated recyclable materials.
Restock paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other janitorial supplies.
Wipe down high-touch surfaces and common areas.
Clean spills and address housekeeping needs throughout the facility.
Maintain janitorial supplies and notify management when supplies need to be reordered.
Follow proper procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized janitorial storage area.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures.
Perform additional cleaning and facility duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Previous janitorial, custodial, warehouse cleaning, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and janitorial equipment.
Ability to collect and transport trash throughout a large facility.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning duties throughout the shift.
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned cleaning responsibilities.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in maintaining a clean workplace. This is an active position that requires moving throughout the warehouse, offices, restrooms, and break areas during the shift.
