Job Description
York Employment is currently hiring Service Technicians to join our client's growing team in Krugerville, TX. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional looking to grow their career in vehicle maintenance and repair. You will be responsible for performing routine service tasks with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs per manufacturer and dealer standards
Accurately document diagnostics and repairs using the Concern-Cause-Correction (3C) method
Maintain and track use of tools, parts, and service time using NetSuite
Participate in road service calls (as qualified) and safety inspections
Communicate delays or concerns with service management
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety and compliance standards and maintain relevant certifications
Additional Info
Work schedule: Monday Friday, between 6 A.M. And 6 P.M. (shifts may vary)
Occasional overtime and weekend work required
Some travel may be necessary
Additional duties may include facility maintenance and assisting with vehicle deliveries

Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma
Completion of PDI Technician Certification Program
EPA 609 certification
Wheelchair system training (Braun/Ricon)
Preferred:
Vocational or trade school certification
2+ years of professional experience in heavy-duty vehicle repair
1+ year of experience in electrical diagnostics and repair
Key Competencies
Technical and mechanical aptitude
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Strong attention to detail and task management
Required:
