Job Description
Ready Mix Driver Class A
We re looking for an experienced Ready Mix Driver who knows the industry, understands the pace, and can hit the ground running. If you re dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable with early mornings and long days when needed, this role might be your perfect match.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Class A vehicle to transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
Maneuver in tight job sites and follow all site-specific safety guidelines.
Communicate with dispatch regarding load status, delays, or job-site needs.
Maintain accurate logs, delivery tickets, and documentation.
Clean and maintain the mixer drum and truck daily.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Industry experience required must have a Ready Mix background.
Valid Class A license (active) preferred. At a minimum Valid Class B with Tank Enforcement.
Clean DMV record
Ability to work Monday through Saturday as needed.
Early start times between 4: 00 AM and 6: 00 AM.
Mandatory overtime when required.
Comfortable with seasonal workload changes (slower in winter, busier in spring/summer).
Flexible schedule and willingness to adjust to daily operational needs.
Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
