Position: Forklift Operator Freezer Environment
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Forklift Operator to join our team in a cold storage environment. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in freezer operations and be proficient in operating stand-up and cherry picker forklifts. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to safety while handling temperature-sensitive products.
Key Responsibilities
Operate stand-up and cherry picker forklifts to transport, load, and unload goods within a freezer environment.
Accurately pick, replenish, and organize inventory in accordance with order requirements.
Conduct daily forklift inspections to ensure safe operation in cold conditions.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the freezer and surrounding work areas.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of freezer gear and handling equipment.
Monitor product integrity and follow temperature control guidelines.
Stack, store, and secure products in designated locations.
Complete required documentation for inventory movement and product handling.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational targets.

Physical capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
Reliable, organized, and able to communicate effectively in a team setting.
Recent experience in a freezer or cold storage warehouse (required).
