HR Generalist
Location: Phoenix, AZ

A leading food manufacturing company renowned for its commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing team in Phoenix. This position is critical in supporting key human resources functions, driving employee engagement, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and facilitating a seamless new hire experience.
Oversee workers' compensation programs, ensuring strict compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Conduct thorough investigations related to employee relations, workplace incidents, and policy violations; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with leadership to develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support performance management initiatives, including training, coaching, and employee development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Bilingual Spanish required
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
