Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
Administer workers' compensation programs, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Conduct comprehensive investigations into employee relations issues and workplace incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
Partner with leadership to develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management processes, including training initiatives and employee development programs.
Maintain and update confidential employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.

Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and HR regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Food manufacturing or manufacturing experience a plus
