In addition to ensuring compliance, this role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including but not limited to training and development initiatives, crafting organizational charts, implementing performance management systems, and providing invaluable coaching to managers. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification is a plus
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles, practices, and processes
Experience implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures
Proficiency in employee relations and conflict resolution
Experience in performance management and conducting employee evaluations
Thorough understanding of labor and employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong Integrity required
Payroll experience is preferred
Manufacturing experience is highly desired
