GRANT COORDINATOR
Job Description
The Grant Coordinator oversees all functions necessary to apply for and process AQMD grants for various districts. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely submission, and compliance with grant requirements while supporting internal teams and customers throughout the grant lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
Track ongoing grant agreements by maintaining communication with grant agencies and staying current on active grants.
Gather and verify required documentation for grant applications and reimbursements.
Assist districts in submitting original grant applications.
Assist districts in submitting documentation to secure grant payments.
Support the Sales Team in preparing and organizing grant-related information.
Attend webinars, external grant agency meetings, and customer visits as needed.
Assist in creating and monitoring quotes as required.
Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, work procedures, and safety guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Grant Accounts Receivable maintained under 60 days.
Grant submissions completed within required timelines.
Error rate maintained at fewer than 1 returned grant per 50 submissions.
Delivery of exceptional customer service through consistent and responsive grant support.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two years of related experience.
