We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative in a logistics environment to join our dynamic team, This is a Monday- Friday 8am-5:00pm position.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service within the logistics or shipping industry is required.
Strong knowledge of shipping processes, including parcel, LTL, and FTL operations.
Proficiency in creating and managing Bills of Lading (BOL).
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology.
