York Employment Services is hiring for a Full Cycle Recruiter for a client of ours in the Chino Area. If you are passionate about helping others and have prior recruiting experience, this is for you! We are looking for individuals that are self starters, performance driven in a fast paced, high volume recruiting center.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
Collaborate closely with HRM, hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
to post job openings, manage applicant flow, and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and local community resources.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews, to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Manage the interview process, coordinating schedules, and facilitating interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Conduct reference checks, employment verifications, and background screenings as required.
Extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation process.
Coordinate and participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruiting events to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports for tracking purposes.

What skills you need:
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
High level of attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
