We are looking to Hire an experience service dispatcher/ scheduler for a restoration service company in Chino Hills.
The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and communicating with clients, homeowners, and the Technicians to maintain the scheduling of all projects.
Coordinating and communicating with Field Manager and Technicians to ensure proper scheduling.
Log jobs on Excel spreadsheet.
Sending work orders to Technicians via Outlook Calendar
Answering telephone calls, conveying messages and responding to emails in a timely manner

Computer proficiency with knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel, Outlook)
Internet & Adobe Acrobat experience
Ability to type at least 50 wpm and sit for long periods of time
Self-starter
Must be able to work OT.
High school Diploma
