Sending work orders to Technicians via Outlook Calendar
Answering telephone calls, conveying messages and responding to emails in a timely manner

Computer proficiency with knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel, Outlook)
Internet & Adobe Acrobat experience
Ability to type at least 50 wpm and sit for long periods of time
