Job Description
As an Environmental Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in the seamless operation of our service delivery. Your primary duties will include initiating contact with clients upon receipt of a project from our Sales team, Sales Assistants, or directly from clients. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments for testing, coordinating with our Field Manager and Technicians to ensure efficient scheduling of projects, and maintaining detailed logs of jobs on Excel spreadsheets.
Job Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably within the environmental services sector. Experience scheduling technicians is a must.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational skills for effective project logging and scheduling.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey scheduling details and adjustments to clients and team members.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate multiple schedules and handle scheduling conflicts effectively.
Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Chino Hills, CA.
