Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Assembler with Soldering Experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality electronic components and devices.
Responsibilities:
Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and specifications.
Utilize hand tools and soldering equipment to assemble electronic components onto circuit boards or other substrates.
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues or defects, and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Participate in training programs to develop and enhance assembly skills and knowledge.

High school diploma or equivalent.
6 months previous experience in assembly or manufacturing, preferably in electronics.
Proficiency in soldering techniques and experience working with electronic components.
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, and technical drawings.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
