Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the company s Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Policy, and Objectives, ensuring production schedules are met while optimizing resources to exceed customer expectations. This role involves strategic planning, cost control, staffing efficiency, and maintaining high standards in manufacturing processes.


Job Requirements


Quality Management: Follow, understand, and support the company s QMS, Quality Policy, and Objectives.
Production Scheduling: Maintain production schedules using machines, personnel, materials, and processes to meet customer expectations.

Strategic Planning: Establish and implement strategic plans to achieve Product Realization goals.

Cost Control: Continuously evaluate missed objectives, control costs, and ensure financial plans and goals are met.
Staffing: Develop staffing plans to minimize labor costs and maximize operational efficiency.

Manufacturing Policies: Understand and adhere to manufacturing policies and procedures.

Electronics Handling: Have hands-on experience with Surface Mount Component Soldering & De-soldering on circuit boards.
Multitasking & Computer Skills: Able to multitask with knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer applications.

Electronics Knowledge: Understand electronic components, polarity, and soldering processes.

Assembly Reading: Ability in reading assembly drawings.

Inspection & Soldering: Ability to inspect and solder circuit boards using a microscope.

ESD Handling: Knowledge of ESD material handling and ESD requirements is a huge plus.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in electronics manufacturing, particularly with Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
Strong understanding of manufacturing policies and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.
Experience in inspecting and soldering circuit boards using a microscope.
Knowledge of ESD material handling and requirements.
