Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Laguna Hills. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling electro-mechanical and fluidic systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Test Methods (TMs), protocols, and Engineering Requests. Your work will support Operations, Research & Development (R&D), and the Quality Department to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

- Follow SOPs, TMs, and protocols to meet operational and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues in a timely manner

Job Requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma required, with a preference for 2-4+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing or electronics assembly in a clean-room environment.
Familiarity with FDA and GMP regulations is essential.
Proficient in reading and writing English, including the ability to understand work instructions, technical drawings (such as schematics), specifications, and forms.
Competent in using lab equipment and basic hand tools, including microscopes, ovens, DI water systems, sealers, screwdrivers, and wrenches.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands outlined here represent those necessary for an employee to effectively perform the essential functions of the job.
Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to fulfill these essential functions.
The position is primarily sedentary, requiring the employee to sit and stand for extended periods.
Walking and attending meetings frequently throughout the workday is also necessary.

Normal vision, or corrected vision, is required for reading documents and using standard computer terminals.
Some moderate lifting may be required.
